Perodua nautica 2wd conversion

Perodua nautica 2wd conversion. 

We made this modification since 2012 but never get the chance to snap some pictures when the job is done.

Can convert your nautica to 2wd (rwd) just like his brother (toyota rush) if your car doesn't go for offroading / site visit that you have to drive the car away from the tarmac. As long normal town & highway driving there is no problem at all.
Plus you will get some benefit - no more front drive train problem such as broken driveshaft, cv joint boots leaks and soo on.
And this conversion should give another 10% better fuel consumption.

PERODUA KEMBARA HARUNG AIR? BOLEH KE?

kedalaman selamat untuk meredah air untuk perodua kembara adalah 65cm. ini juga dipengaruhi daripada keadaan jalan, arus air, dan juga cuaca. jadi sebelum meredah air pastikan anda berada di haluan yang betul dan dapatkan nasihat orang yang biasa dengan tempat tersebut,

pada pengalaman saya, perodua kembara saya pernah meredah air sehingga cermin hadapan berada didalam air. tetapi banyak yg perlu disiapkan. contoh - coil plug seal, timig belt cover seal, eletrical equipmenr seal. ada bahaya disitu. kerana apabila perodua kembara meredah air mencecah kedalaman pada lebih kurang 1 meter, bahagian belakang kenderaan akan terapung. ini akan mengakibatkan kenderaan anda hilang cengkaman dan terkandas di tengah laluan air.


AIR BANJIR / FLOOD

Saya biasa melihat ramai yg terkandas bila meredah air. Ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diutamakan sebelum mengharungi kawasan banjir.

-awasi longkang / parit.
kita tak nampak mana kedudukan sebenar. jika satu tayar terjatuh didalamnya pasti masalah akan berlaku.
-cara memandu mengharung air.
slow & steady. kurangkan percikan air. pastikan anda gunakan gear yg rendah. semakin laju anda mengharung air, semakin tinggi splash/ombak yg dihasilakan oleh kenderaan anda, ini mungkin akan mengakibatkan air terkena pada bahagian sensitif komponen kenderaan anda. selain dari itu. splash juga akan mempengaruhi keadaan sekeliling contoh rumah/kedai dan kenderaan lain yang berada disekitar kawasan tersebut.
-haiwan & binatang 
-peka dengan keadaan sekeliling jika terdapat ancaman.

LINTASAN SUNGAI / RIVER CROSSING

Ini adalah salah satu aktiviti yang agak berisiko. Pastikan anda benar-benar tahu apa yang anda akan lakukan. jika tidak dapatkan bantuan dan tunjuk ajar dari mereka yg lebih tahu. saya juga pernah belajar masa nak lintas sungai dengan kedalaman betis buat pertama kali. gugup betul masa itu.
saya juga pernah terkandas di tengah sungai waktu air deras( salah sendiri degil)

KEADAAN TEMPAT LINTASAN

Biasanya tempat lintasan sungai adalah tempat yg biasa bagi four wheelers dan pekerja dalam hutan/kebun melintas. antara faktor yg harus dipastikan adalah keadalaman air, keadaan rupa bentuk dasar sungai, laluan yg harus dilalui, arus sungai, dan cuaca. sentiasa berjaga jaga dengan kelapa air yang datang tanpa disedari. saya juga pernah melihat satu kenderaan disapu kepala air ketika melintas sungai. alhamdulillah tiada sebarang kehilangan jiwa pada masa itu.
